update 6 June 2021: eto are delivering as normal in most cases

The amazing team at our UK warehouse are working with measures in place in line with latest UK Government regulations. We will nevertheless despatch your order within 24 hours in most cases, and same day for all orders received by 1pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. You will receive shipping confirmation, and tracking (if applicable) as usual, when your order leaves our warehouse.

The couriers (DHL, DPD & FedEx) & Royal Mail are all following government guidelines with contactless deliveries; and in some places, deliveries may take a day or two longer. We are aware that packages sent by Royal Mail are at risk of longer delays so please bear with them and us.
