Personalisation terms

Following overwhelming demand we are now unable to offer personalisation on new orders in 2021. For orders placed prior to 11 December the following terms apply.

• Engraving is carried out by a specialist partner and will extend delivery time by up to 10 working days – for orders placed after 1 December please check our order deadlines for Holiday Shipping.
• Engraved etos are not returnable or refundable.Engraved glass bases are not dishwasher safe. Please hand wash.
• Applies to orders of new eto solo decanters only; not available for duos and trios.
• You can engrave up to 3 characters on line 1 and 12 characters on line 2 (numbers, letters, spaces and “&” only).
