I cannot rate the ETO highly enough...

I bought an ETO thinking we might use it occasionally - but we use it constantly and it is absolutely brilliant. What it does is to allow us to prioritise quality over quantity; we can buy less expensive wine and drink a full bottle, or pay twice as much for a truly incredible wine and make it last twice as long by storing it in the ETO. We always have an ETO on the go and it's enabled me to try wines that I would have previously thought out of my price bracket simply because the ETO keeps the wine in perfect condition.
