update 29 April 2020: eto are delivering
The amazing team at our UK warehouse are working hard to continue to ship eto around the world.
To ensure the safest work environment they have minimum staff on shift at any one time and shorter hours in the warehouse. On occasion this may mean a delay of 1 or 2 days between receiving, processing & dispatching your order.
You will receive shipping confirmation, and tracking (if applicable) as usual, when your order leaves our warehouse.
The couriers (DHL, DPD & Royal Mail) are all following government guidelines with contactless deliveries; and in some places, deliveries are taking a day or two longer. We are aware that packages sent by Royal Mail are at risk of longer delays so please bear with them and us.
We will continue to update this page and our social channels as the situation changes.
