Circumstances are changing fast for everyone every day.
Our UK warehouse have informed us they will remain open but with skeleton staff (as one of their clients supplies medical equipment, which needs to be dispatched daily).
To ensure the safest work environment there will be reduced staff and shorter hours in the warehouse. This means there may be a delay of 1 or 2 days between receiving, processing & dispatching your order. The couriers (DHL, DPD & Royal Mail) will continue following government guidelines with contactless deliveries.
We met (remotely) & reviewed the new arrangements and have agreed to restart deliveries of eto – but will monitor along with our warehouse- the daily changing situation.
eto is a small family business and as long as we can keep the cogs turning while ensuring everyone involved is working safely we will continue to operate.
