France, Germany and other EU countries: order by the 11th December (to allow time for road transport). Last orders for personalisation Monday 5th December.
Australia: order by the 14th December. Last orders for personalisation Tuesday 6th December.
USA: order by the 15th December. Last orders for personalisation Thursday 8th December.
Hong Kong, Singapore & Switzerland: order by the 18th December. Last orders for personalisation Sunday 11th December.
UK: order by the 19th December. Last orders for personalisation Thursday 15th December.
